1 研究方向

     主要研究方向为空间流行病学与临床研究中的统计方法
     先后在加拿大女王大学、美国哈佛大学工作学习。为中国地方病协会热带病专业委员会等委员/会员。是BMC Infectious Diseases等系列SCI杂志的Associate Editor,PLoS NTDs 的Guest Editor,Geospatial Health、CMJ等的杂志编委/通讯编委。
      主编中文专著4本,参编中文专著 3 本、英文专著 1 本。先后主持完成国家自然科学基金(3项)、教育部(2项)、上海市卫健委(3项)等课题,参与完成国家重大科技专项、“863”、 国家“十五”科技攻关课题、国家自然科学基金重大项目等多项国家级重大课题的研究。已发表SCI 论文100 余篇。研究成果获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文、上海市医学科技奖三等奖、二等奖、上海市科技进步奖二等奖、中华医学会科技奖三等奖、上海市预防医学会科学技术奖一等奖等多个奖项,先后入选复旦大学“卓学人才计划”、“上海市公共卫生优秀青年人才培养计划”、“中华预防医学会疫苗与免疫青年人才托举项目”和“上海市公共卫生优秀学科带头人培养计划”。
     My research interests include, but not limited to,
(1) Spatial Epidemiology: methodology and applications; 
(2) Statistical Modelling in the field of Clinical/Medical research and Artificial Intelligence;
(3) Bioinformatics, mainly on Virology.
    Please contact me directly if your interests were not listed above. I am always open to and welcome different research topics, targeting at the critical or urgent needs for human health.
    NOTE : Strong data analysis and programming techniques are required in my research field.
