复旦大学公共卫生学院教授、博士生导师，复旦大学药物经济学研究与评估中心副主任，上海市浦江人才。主要研究方向为医疗保险、卫生经济与政策评价、社区卫生服务。主持国家科技重大专项课题、国家自科基金、国家社科基金重大项目子课题、上海市社科基金、上海市政府决策咨询重点专项、国家卫健委、国家医保研究院等资助的多项研究。以第一/通讯作者在BMJ、BMJ Global Health、BMC Medicine等期刊发表中英文论文110篇，入选中国知网“全国高被引学者Top1%”，出版个人专著3部，参编《卫生经济学》、《医疗保障学》等规划教材4部。

中国医学装备协会医疗保障分会副会长、上海社区卫生协会机构管理与评估专委会副主委，中国医疗保险研究会药物经济专委会常委，上海市卫生经济学会理事，中国社会保障学会医疗保障专委会委员，中国卫生经济学会医疗保险专委会委员、卫生技术评估专委会委员、青年委员会委员，《中国卫生经济》、《卫生经济研究》、《世界临床药物》杂志编委或青年编委。

Dr Luying Zhang, is a professor at the Department of Health Economics, School of Public Health, and Deputy Director of the Center for Pharmacoeconomic Research and Evaluation, Fudan University. Her research areas include health insurance, health economics and primary care. She led research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation, National Health Commission of China and China Medical Board. She published more than 110 peer reviewed journal articles and three monographs. She is honored as one of the CNKI Top 1% Highly-Cited Chinese Scholars.
