主要研究方向:新发传染病和疫苗可预防性传染病

主要研究领域:

(1)新发传染病流行病学与传播动力学研究:针对新型冠状病毒感染和人感染动物源性流感病毒等新发传染病,开展流行病学特征和数学模型研究,阐明其流行规律、传播动力学特征和潜在大流行风险;

(2)传染病系统免疫学研究:基于人群血清流行病学研究,通过构建免疫动力学模型或免疫机制模型,揭示麻疹和流感等重大呼吸道病原体特异性母传、自然感染或疫苗诱导免疫应答机制,指导疫苗接种策略制定与优化。

3 学术简历

2021年博士毕业于复旦大学公共卫生学院,2021年7月至2024年6月复旦大学公共卫生学院博士后,2022年10月至2023年9月英国剑桥大学访问学者。2024年7月至今复旦大学青年研究员。近五年共发表英文论文21篇,其中以第一(含共同)在BMJ, Science, Lancet Infectious Diseases, Nature Microbiology, Lancet Microbe, Nature Communications等期刊发表SCI论文13篇,7篇IF>10,5<IF<10的6篇。

获国家博士后创新人才支持计划和上海市“超级博士后”激励计划资助,教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)科技进步奖二等奖和国家发明专利各1项(均为第二完成人)。
