质谱检测技术的开发及应用：多组学的质谱检测技术，临床质谱技术及原位成像技术的开发与应用
新型环境污染物暴露与健康：主要围绕“污染物的健康效应和毒理研究”这一核心科学问题，基于人群队列，结合小鼠和细胞模型，综合运用流行病学、生物信息学以及分子生物学等多学科交叉技术。
代谢与表型：研究生活方式或饮食干预下的代谢表型响应。基于代谢组学与精准医学，研究疾病的发生，发展及预后，并筛选潜在生物标志物。
