1 研究方向

  致力于肿瘤分子流行病学研究,聚焦肺癌和消化系统肿瘤的生物标志物发掘及其致病机制研究。综合运用全基因组关联分析、多组学技术及生物信息学方法,系统识别与肿瘤发生发展相关的生物标志物;进一步通过分子生物学实验,验证其在肿瘤病因学中的生物学功能;并依托前瞻性人群队列,解析遗传因素与环境暴露在肿瘤等慢性疾病发生中的交互作用。主持的科研项目包括国自然青年科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、上海市公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划优秀青年人才,广西重点实验室开放课题。担任多个杂志的审稿人,并于2019年获得由美国抗癌协会和亚洲癌症基金颁发的青年学者奖。科研成果发表在Advanced Science, International Journal of Cancer, Cancer Biology & Medicine, npj Precision Medicine 等多个国际期刊上。

  My research field is molecular epidemiology of cancer, with a focus on the discovery of biomarkers for lung cancer and gastrointestinal cancers and their biological mechanisms. This includes comprehensive application of genome-wide association studies, multi-omics and bioinformatics methods to systematically identify biomarkers associated with cancer onset and progression. Their biological functions in cancer etiology are validated through molecular biology experiments. We are also interested in the interactions between genetic factors and environmental exposures in the development of cancer and other chronic diseases. Our research projects include the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, the Shanghai Three-Year Action Plan for Public Health System Construction (Outstanding Young Talent Program), and an Open Project from the Guangxi Key Laboratory of Education Bureau. Serving as a reviewer for multiple academic journals, the investigator received the Young Investigator Award in 2019 from the American Association for Cancer Research and the Asian Cancer Research Foundation. Our research has been published in several international journals, including Advanced ScienceInternational Journal of CancerCancer Biology & Medicine, and npj Precision Medicine.
