3 学术简历

2008年在新加坡国立大学获得统计学学士学位,2011年在新加坡国立大学公共卫生学院获得卫生统计学硕士学位,2014年在瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学院获医学科学博士学位,2016年于复旦大学生命科学学院遗传与发育协同创新中心进行博士后研究,2018年入职公共卫生学院。从事人群流行病学和分子流行病学研究,与国内外合作者开展了大量研究工作,研究内容涉及基因组学、转录组学、生物信息学等。发表SCI科研论文近50余篇。

4 学术兼职

担任《中华预防医学杂志》、Bioinformatics、Scientific Data、Phenomics等多个期刊的审稿专家。多次受邀参加国际学术会议如International Society for Clinical Biostatistics, International Society for Computational Biology,并作10余次大会报道。2019年被聘为中国抗癌协会肿瘤流行病学专业委员会青年委员。
