蔡俊

针对新型冠状病毒感染、流感等新发重大传染病，开展流行病学和生态学模型研究，重点关注时空传播动态、疾病负担及干预策略评估等方面，为传染病防控的循证决策提供科学依据。

Dr. Jun Cai
Young Research Fellow, Department of Epidemiology, School of Public Health, Fudan University

Dr. Jun Cai is a Young Research Fellow in the Department of Epidemiology at the School of Public Health, Fudan University. Before this, he spent 2.5 years at the Postdoctoral Mobile Station for Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Fudan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Ecology from Tsinghua University in 2020 and received a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information System from Wuhan University in 2012.

Dr. Cai's research involves respiratory infectious diseases (e.g., SARS-CoV-2 and influenza) and focuses on developing mathematical models to characterize their spatiotemporal patterns, to measure disease burden, and to evaluate control strategies. His work has been published in top academic journals, including Nature Medicine, and Nature Communications. He has been awarded a grant from the NSFC Young Scientists Fund.
