1 研究方向

本人的研究方向是肿瘤分子流行病学,着重研究与肿瘤发生发展相关的遗传生物标志物,主要聚焦肺癌和肝癌等消化道肿瘤的生物标志物发现和机制研究。研究方法主要包括全基因组关联研究,生物信息学和分子生物学等。目前主持的科研项目包括国自然青年科学基金、上海市公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划优秀青年人才,广西重点实验室开放课题。担任多个杂志的审稿人,并于2019年获得由美国抗癌协会和亚洲癌症基金颁发的青年学者奖。科研成果发表在Lancet Respiratory Medicine, International Journal of Cancer, Carcinogenesis, Human Molecular Genetics等多个国际期刊上。

My research field is molecular epidemiology, with focus on the identification of genetic causes of complex disease to functional characterisation of disease-causing genes/variants in cancer. The research approaches include a combination of genome-wide association analysis and other omics studies, post-GWAS bioinformatics and molecular biology methods. My current ongoing grants consist of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Young talent fund under the Three-Year Initiative Plan for Public Health System Construction by Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, etc. I have kept abreast with a broad range of the latest scientific research activities by engaging with wider scientific community and collaborations and served as a regular reviewer for multiple journals.
